I have some really exciting news and ya’ll will be the only people that know other than our parents. This weekend we went to take a second look at a house we had seem recently and decided to put an offer on it. Last night we got the call, they accepted our offer with no changes! We are pretty amazed they took it because the house was already priced low and we lowballed it. Finally lowballing has worked out for us. We have inspection tomorrow and if all goes well we should be closing a month from today.
Wish us luck tomorrow, hopefully there are no major issues. I can’t wait to post some before pictures and videos.
