Wow time is flying. I know I promised last week to share what has been keeping us so busy, but I wanted to have a few photos to share too. Because we all know photos make all post better.
Well two weeks ago we were headed to the mall in the Tampa to do a little shopping and eat at California Pizza Kitchen. H remembered he had seen a Porsche Cayman on a dealer in Tampa’s website. We figured since we were already headed to that area we would skip the mall and go to the dealership. When we saw it it was in perfect condition! A 2007 with really low miles and a clean title. H has been wanting a new car for a few years now, but decided to buy his lease out last year because he couldn’t find anything he wanted right then. We talked some numbers and they ended up giving us a great trade in on our Jeep Grand Cherokee so we went for it! We thought about it for the night, and since we don’t plan to have children we need to tote around anytime soon we figured now is the time to enjoy it. And I still have a Murano so atleast we have one big car.
Our new baby in the garage. I’m still trying to learn how to drive stick. It is kind of intimidating learning to drive stick on a Porsche!
And we figured if we were buying a new car maybe we should buy a new garage to keep it in. After 2 years of house hunting we now have a contract on a cute little townhome near downtown. We have been through the whole having a contract part before so at this point we are trying not to get ourselves too excited, but things are looking good – no huge MAJOR expenses will have to pay right away. If all goes well we should be closing a week before the wedding. And will be hiring a crew to come in and redo the floors, paint, and redo the cabinets while we are on our honeymoon.
